Andrea Sikon, M.D., F.A.C.P. is the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Sikon has her graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching and has been the Director of Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Excellence in Coaching and Mentoring since its inception in 2008. With over 300 physician and PhD participants, the Center’s mission is to facilitate a relationship-centered developmental network for all faculty across the career continuum, with growing outcomes supporting increased participant resilience and engagement.
