Chris has more than 10 years of experience in the world of training and development. His background includes design, development and delivery of training curriculum, as well as team building facilitation, executive management consultation and customization of learning management systems. Currently, Chris is a performance specialist with Insperity. He received his bachelor's degree from Saint Mary’s College, and he holds certifications from Franklin Covey, 360 Solutions, Omega Performance, DDI, Performance Thinking and Extended DISC.
