Vistage is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with the letter and spirit of the law. This commitment is reflected in our core values and is embodied by our Code of Ethics. A key component of our corporate culture is to always operate with integrity and ensure that our employees, independent contractors and other members of the Vistage community are provided with the knowledge and tools they need to make decisions which reflect our core values.
The Vistage Code of Ethics is available here and serves as a guide for every member of our community.
Vistage is committed to fostering a culture of respect and open communication. By alerting Vistage management to any concerns about suspected improper activity or other conduct which does not reflect our core values, Vistage leaders are provided with the opportunity to investigate and address circumstances which are not in alignment with our vision, mission and values. While all members of the Vistage community are encouraged to bring matters of concern directly to Vistage leaders, to further encourage transparency, Vistage also provides an additional avenue to ask questions, seek guidance or report potential ethics violations: the Vistage Ethics Helpline.
The Vistage Ethics Helpline is a confidential, third-party reporting service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Helpline is staffed by professionals who are not affiliated with Vistage and are available to receive reports by phone, email or by filling out a web-based form. There is no cost to file a report and you may remain anonymous if you wish. Further, you will be provided with a confidential reference number so that you can make changes to a report you have made or check on the status of a report without revealing your identity. All reports are referred to the Vistage Law Department for investigation and follow-up.
